We will meet or beat any current national catalog price at the
time the order is made. Prices include USA and Canada.
Shipping:
Our
policy is: a $10.00 shipping fee to anywhere in the United States.
We will use: United States Postal Service Priority, FedEx or
UPS, whichever method is the most cost efficient. Items
"drop shipped " to addresses in the "lower 48" will be shipped
UPS ground by the distributor.
Return Policy:
We guarantee your complete satisfaction on all purchases.
However, in order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have
to implement the following terms.
We
want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from
Solstice Saddlery. If you are not satisfied with an item
you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days
of delivery for a full refund (excluding saddles) minus the
shipping and with a 20% restocking fee.
The
item must be in excellent, new condition, in original packaging
and with all receipts and tags to ensure full credit.
Return postage is at your expense.
All
Custom Orders including: Custom Blankets, Tack Trunks, Riding
Boots and Monogrammed items are non-refundable.
Saddles: All saddles must be returned /shipped within
five days, in new condition ,with all original packaging,
merchandise tags, etc plus a 20% restocking fee. If you
live outside of the Anchorage area, return shipping is at your
expense. Prior to returning a saddle you must call or
email us for an authorization.
